A new neighbourhood by Holborn celebrating the very heart of Vancouver. Next to Queen Elizabeth Park, Hillcrest Centre, Riley Park and Main Street’s vibrancy, Little Mountain is where a multitude of cultures, cuisines and personalities find their place. Where nature is always close, recreation brings people together and culture makes everyday life more meaningful. Welcome to a community inspired by you and the life you want to live—a life that’s natural, vibrant and wondrous.
The First Limited Opportunity to Own at Little Mountain
A collection of 87 one- to three-bedroom concrete homes where lives can take root. Conceived in collaboration with award-winning Canadian architect Arno Matis, Vesa’s distinctive design draws inspiration from the towering trees of Little Mountain. Its name—meaning ‘sprout’—reflects nature’s role in shaping places where people can grow and flourish. Own in this one-of-a-kind community in Vancouver’s most walkable and connected neighbourhood.
A VIBRANT AND INCLUSIVE URBAN COMMUNITY
Our approach to Little Mountain celebrates the diversity of culture, businesses and nature in the existing community. In collaboration with several renowned architects, we’re conceiving striking structures inspired by nature—and homes where attention to detail creates a better living experience. Our plan includes approximately 1,600 new homes, including 282 non-market units, along with 30,000 square feet of new retail space—an extension of Main Street’s creative and entrepreneurial energy. With a public square, a neighbourhood house, a daycare and multiple green spaces, we’re creating new opportunities for people to join together and build a sense of belonging.
Inspired homes where lives can take root.
Vancouver’s natural spaces were the starting point for Little Mountain’s design ethos. We sought new architectural expressions inspired by the landscape, as well as public areas that integrate nature and neighbourhood. These principles come together in the bold design for our first strata building, Vesa—an architectural masterpiece by the award-winning Canadian architect Arno Matis. Its name means ‘sprout’, acknowledging nature’s influence in building a community where people can put down roots and grow.
